We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Virtual Data Entry Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various systems and platforms. This is a remote, part-time or full-time position ideal for someone seeking easy, entry-level work that can be done from home.
Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and company systems.
Maintain data accuracy by verifying and reviewing information.
Perform regular data backups and ensure file organization.
Respond to emails or messages regarding data corrections or updates.
Follow data entry procedures and guidelines.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing speed (recommended: 40+ WPM).
Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required.
