Showing Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team! Getting the right type of guidance and experience is hard to come by as a new or struggling agent. We’re a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and to show homes for our Senior Buyer Agents in the area. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. Responsibilities:

• Attend and host property showings for buyers.
• Assist with open houses, tours, and client-facing appointments.
• Support our team with boots-on-the-ground tasks (errands, key handoffs, lockboxes, etc.).
• Learn scripts, systems, and strategies that drive $20M+ in yearly sales volume.
• Attend Home inspections
• Attend Home appraisals

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Can spend a large amount of time driving
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
