**Job Title: Shipper** **Job Description** As a shipper, you will be responsible for picking orders, boxing, packaging, shrink-wrapping, and palletizing orders. You will use a pallet jack and scan gun to verify orders picked against order forms to ensure accuracy. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders accurately. + Box, package, and shrink-wrap items. + Palletize orders for shipment. + Operate a pallet jack and scan gun. + Verify order accuracy against order forms. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping (required). + Good attitude. + Ability to stand for 8 hours. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of experience in a warehouse setting involving shipping, receiving, inventory, or stocking. + Experience with large orders, general labor, lifting, and various warehouse tasks. + Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. + Ability to read and write in English. + Hard-working attitude. **Why Work Here?** Our company highly values internal promotions, with many managers starting in entry-level roles. The working hours are from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
