Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Retail Sales Clerk in Ocean Isle Beach, NC!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and restocked merchandise as needed.
• Sell a variety of items, including beachwear, sarcastic humor, and politically-themed merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings (until around 10 PM on some days), weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
• Previous experience with cash register operations is preferred (experience at Walmart, Circle K, or similar is a plus).
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to engage with a wide range of customers.
• Comfortable selling all store merchandise, including themed items.
• Must be able to work on Holidays
• No drug tests or background checks are required.
