We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk / Data Entry Clerk to join our team, either remotely or in-office. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient data management, supporting smooth operations across departments.

Key Objectives

• Maintain and organize physical and digital files systematically.
• Accurately input, update, and manage data within company databases and systems.
• Support internal teams by providing timely and precise information retrieval.
• Ensure compliance with data confidentiality and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Sort, file, and retrieve documents and records both electronically and physically.
• Enter data from various sources into company databases with high accuracy.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
• Collaborate with team members to support administrative and data management tasks.
• Follow company policies regarding data privacy and security.
• Perform routine backups to ensure data preservation.
• Generate basic reports and summaries as requested by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, filing, or administrative support roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and data management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable internet connection and workspace if working remotely.
• Basic understanding of data confidentiality and security best practices.
