Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual â Spanish/English)

Location: Â Remote (U.S.-Based Only)

Schedule: Â MondayâFriday, 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM Central Time

Compensation: Â Base salary + Performance Bonuses

RWI Law, a mission-driven and rapidly growing law firm based in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring an Inside Sales RepresentativeÂ to help guide potential clients through the first and most critical step in their legal journey. This is a full-time, remote role (U.S.-based only) that combines empathy, sales skills, and legal service knowledge to change lives for the better.

Responsibilities:

Confidently discuss and close high-ticket retainersÂ
Meet with scheduled prospects in person and by phone/video
Present the firmâs legal services clearly and persuasively
Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff for smooth client onboarding
Track leads, calls, and conversions in our CRM
Participate in weekly training and sales coaching sessions

Â Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written)
Experienced in Sales:Â 2+ years of sales closing experience
Empathetic Communicator:Â Able to speak with warmth and confidence to clients in emotionally vulnerable situations
Organized & Self-Driven:Â You manage your time well, follow up without being told, and consistently hit your goals
U.S.-Based & Remote-Ready:Â Youâre authorized to work in the U.S. and comfortable working from home in a professional environment
