Position Summary

The Project Accountant will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of our projects

from start to finish. This includes initiating new project assignment forms, issuing and

tracking Client agreements, setting up billing schedules, preparing customer invoices,

processing consultant, engineering, and/or vendor proposals and invoices, and ensuring

accurate job cost tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience in the A/E

(Architecture/Engineering) or GC (General Contractor) industry or a closely related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain client billing schedules in coordination with project managers.
• Draft and submit invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Receive, review, and record consultant, engineering, and vendor proposals and
• invoices to the appropriate jobs.
• Track project costs and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Process payments upon receipt from clients and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity across projects.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
