Job Description: Production Operator in Printing

Job Summary
The Production Operator in the printing company will be responsible for operating machinery for the printing and customization of products such as mugs, t-shirts, blankets, and other items. The main responsibility is to ensure the correct execution of the printing process, ensuring quality, accuracy, and meeting production deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain printing machines for customizing products such as mugs, t-shirts, blankets, and more.
• Monitor and control machine conditions and materials to ensure efficient production.
• Ensure that designs are printed accurately, maintaining high quality standards.
• Operate production systems and related equipment with precision, following work orders and specifications.
• Control quantities and ensure production remains within set parameters.
• Take measurements and record data, ensuring the correct use of numbers and calculations throughout the production process.
• Detect and troubleshoot minor issues with printing machines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in printing or similar fields.
• High concentration and attention to detail during the printing process.
• Ability to work with different types of products (mugs, t-shirts, blankets, etc.).
• Ability to perform simple calculations and work with numbers, especially in measuring and controlling printed products.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks without losing quality or concentration.
• Basic knowledge of using printing tools and machinery.
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
