**Job Summary and Responsibilities** **POSITION SUMMARY:** Under the supervision of an RN, the safety attendant (sitter) maintains constant direct observation and visualization of identified patient(s). **Job Requirements** **REQUIRED:** + High school diploma or GED + Current BLS certification through American Heart Association **PREFERRED:** + Prior patient sitter and/ orCNA experience preferred **Where You'll Work** Dominican Hospital (a member of Dignity Health) is a 222-bed facility that offers a wide range of services to residents of California's Central Coast.
