Wulf Talent is a direct placement agency specializing in recruitment within the animal care industry. We help clinics and companies find superstar talent quickly and effectively. As a growing startup, we're looking to secure grant funding to support our mission and scale our impact.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a Grant Writer to help identify and apply for local, state, federal, and private grants geared toward small businesses, startups, and workforce development. The ideal candidate is proactive, can source viable grant opportunities, and can write compelling proposals that get funded.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify grant opportunities relevant to Wulf Talent's mission and growth stage

• Write, edit, and submit persuasive grant proposals

• Track deadlines, submission status, and reporting requirements

• Collaborate with the founder to align applications with business strategy

• Help develop and maintain a calendar of grant opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience writing and winning grants for small businesses or startups

• Strong research and writing skills

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
