What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll be involved in all stages of event planning and execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the planning and execution of live and virtual brand events
• Supporting all event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
• Communicating with clients to collect requirements, provide updates, and resolve concerns
• Collaborating with internal teams (creative, logistics, marketing) to meet project goals
• Coordinating with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Managing on-site logistics such as guest check-in , event flow, and issue resolution
• Gathering post-event feedback and supporting performance analysis
• Leveraging data to optimize future event strategies
