Facility Information

• Level III Trauma and Level II Stroke Center
• 13-bed emergency department (ED)
• Annual patient visits: 17,000
• 43-bed hospital with on-site helipad for transfers
• EMR: Meditech
• Admission rate: 14%
• 24-hour physician coverage with a mix of 8-, 11-, and 13-hour shifts
• Medium acuity, community-based environment

Opportunity Overview

• Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary of $169.61 to $210.00 hourly and the opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation through our RVU incentive plan
• Quarterly quality bonus
• Sign-on bonus available for full-time physicians
• W2 or 1099 (IC) options
• Flexible scheduling and supportive clinical leadership
