Job Description

Position Overview:

This role is based in our 275 Grove St, Auburndale, MA 02466, USA office. 

Are you passionate about crafting compelling email experiences that captivate audiences and drive results? Informa TechTarget is seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our Audience Operations team as an Email Marketing Associate .

In this role, you'll support the execution of innovative email strategies that engage and expand our audience in the B2B technology space . You'll apply analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to help optimize deliverability, maximize organic reach, and implement approaches to audience engagement.

Your mission?

• Support the execution of email campaigns that enhance Informa TechTarget's network for product fulfillment.
• Assist with testing new tactics to engage targeted segments of Informa TechTarget's core audience.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful email delivery and performance.
• Help analyze performance metrics and compile reports to inform strategy refinements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of our product fulfillment email campaigns under team guidance,
• Assist in implementing strategies to maximize our member audience for organic lead generation
• Collaborate with team members to monitor email deliverability metrics and IP health,
• Collect and organize data on email performance, helping to prepare reports on deliverability efforts
• Assist in implementing optimization tactics based on team direction
• Maintain email templates and lists according to established guidelines
• Support the team with day-to-day email operations and campaign execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic analytical skills and attention to detail
• Entry-level experience or education in marketing, communications, or related field
• Familiarity with email marketing concepts and best practices
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn email marketing platforms

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $42k-$49k based on experience.
