At IMACC Logistics, we believe in consistency, respect, and keeping drivers close to home. For those living within 50 miles of Conroe, Texas, this regional lane offers the stability and structure many drivers are looking for - without sacrificing home time or pay.
This position runs no-touch dry freight, averaging 300–500 miles per day. You'll work a five-day schedule, usually off Friday and Saturday for your full 34–48-hour reset. For those who like extra miles, optional weekend runs are available. Drivers are typically home once a week on top of their reset, so you can maintain balance between the road and real life.
We're currently welcoming both experienced CDL A drivers and new CDL graduates. If you've got your CDL but less than three months of solo experience, you'll complete a paid training period designed to prepare you for independent regional work. Training pay is a flat weekly rate, so you can focus on learning the routes, getting comfortable behind the wheel, and mastering safety protocols without worrying about inconsistent checks.
What You'll Do
You'll be hauling regional dry van freight for a dedicated customer base - all no-touch loads. Freight is mostly pre-loaded trailers between distribution centers and warehouse partners across Texas and nearby states. Deliveries are consistent and scheduled, so you can plan your week with confidence.
Why Drivers Choose IMACC Logistics
At IMACC, we value drivers who want predictability and fair communication. You'll have steady freight, professional dispatchers available 24/7, and an operations team that listens. This lane is ideal for drivers who want to work hard during the week, be home regularly, and grow with a company that respects their time and effort.
