We are seeking highly motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing CAT team. These are full-time positions and we offer paid training, competitive benefits and an extremely competitive commission-based compensation with our top producers earning OVER six figures!

Our ideal candidate can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify opportunities
• Document sales by creating and updating customer records in CRM
• Source and develop client referrals
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Maintain customer database
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
• Negotiate with clients
• Develop sales proposals
• Prepare and present sales contracts
• Attend company trainings
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Follow up on sales activity
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
• Participate in sales events
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
• Ability to travel as needed to support our Catastrophe Action Team in storm impacted cities
