The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring excellent member service, and leading a high-performing team. This role includes supervising staff, managing teller and account services, resolving member inquiries, and driving branch growth through new products and services. The Branch Manager also ensures compliance with credit union policies and applicable regulations while monitoring branch performance and implementing improvements as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: -Proven branch management experience, preferably in a credit union or banking environment. -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to develop and hold staff accountable while fostering professional growth. -Knowledge of banking/credit union products, services, and regulatory requirements. -Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
