Provide hands-on personal care (ADL assistance) to members, including feeding, toileting, and dressing. Foster a positive and interactive environment by engaging with members. Set up and clean activity areas to ensure a safe and organized space. Redirect behaviors as needed to promote a supportive atmosphere. Monitor and document any changes in client behavior or health, reporting to the RN Administrator. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals (preferred but not required) Reliable transportation and/or a valid driver’s license CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Clean background check and drug test Physically able to assist members with personal care tasks Apply Today!
